The Department of Education is being accused of wasting massive amounts of money, showing that they should’ve been shut down ages ago, but at least we’re making progress now to get it shuttered so they can stop wasting taxpayer money while accomplishing absolutely nothing. Education Secretary-designate Linda McMahon calls them out.
She said, “The Department of Education was set up in 1980 — and since that time, we have spent almost almost a trillion dollars and we have watched our performance scores continue to go down… It’s not working.”
And as a former teacher myself, I can tell you that students and teachers never saw a single benefit from the Department of Education or Randi’s worthless national teacher union. Both of them need to be dismantled completely to the core. Randi is just a loudmouth Democrat activist who does NOTHING for teachers. We already have local teacher unions – there’s no need for a national teacher union to exist.
