While watching an episode of Live PD with his mother, Leah Tornabene, Brady was struck by the vulnerability of police K-9s facing perilous situations without adequate protection.

Determined to rectify this injustice, he took action. Establishing a GoFundMe page, Brady sought donations to provide bulletproof vests for these courageous canines.

In February 2018, he purchased his first four vests for Ohio State Troopers, marking the beginning of his remarkable journey.

With unwavering dedication, Brady expanded his mission, lobbying local congressmen and spreading awareness to garner support.
Thus, Brady’s K9 Fund was born—a nonprofit organization dedicated to equipping police and military dogs with life-saving vests.

Today, Brady’s efforts have borne fruit. Through sheer determination and community support, his fund has supplied 257 dogs with protective gear, raising an astounding $315,000 in total.
