Riley Gaines and a group of athletes are set to sue the NCAA over its transgender policy, aiming to challenge the participation of biologically born men in women’s sports.

Organized by the Independent Council on Women’s Sports (ICONS), the lawsuit seeks to change NCAA rules and ensure fair competition.
