Kanye West, now known as Ye, is no stranger to making headlines, especially alongside his wife, Bianca Censori. The model has never shied away from flaunting her striking figure, as she has done many times before. However, her “custom couture” dress at the 2025 Grammys may have pushed the boundaries too far.
On Sunday night (Feb. 2), Ye posted a series of pictures on Instagram, showing Censori wearing the “dress.” He first posted a picture of the dress hanging flat on a beige/white wall, which the garment nearly blended in with, given that it was transparent to begin with. The post has now been deleted, which he captioned as, “Custom Couture Grammy dress for the most beautiful woman ever My love My best friend My wife.”
Many fans and Instagram users criticized his choice of dress, comparing it to a transparent napkin and questioning his intentions in showcasing his wife in such a manner. One fan even remarked, “She is beautiful no doubt but why is he humiliating her with so much disrespect? He doesn’t love her or respect her.”
When the couple walked onto the red carpet, Censori was wearing a black fur coat. She turned around, giving the photographers her back, before dropping the coat down to her shoulder. Then she simply removed it completely, in a transparent dress which she wore sans any undergarments. Suffice to say, most of her was on show, and one Instagram user asked, “The Grammys clearly don’t have a dress code. What is this??”
Another comment read, “And people get upset when women breastfeed in public…”

The couple arrived at the Crypto.com Arena, walked the red carpet, and were not spotted inside the event, fueling speculation that they were either not invited or asked to leave due to Censori’s barely-there dress.
However, since West was nominated alongside Ty Dolla $ign, Rich The Kid, and Playboi Carti in the Best Rap Song category for Carnival, his invitation was unquestionable. Despite some media reports suggesting the duo was removed from the event, neither Kanye West nor the Grammys issued any official statement confirming this. In reality, reports indicate that no such incident occurred — the couple simply made their red carpet appearance, stirred up a frenzy, and left!
One fan wrote, “Her name is literally Censori, and she’s literally never censored!” Others chimed in, with one Instagram user questioning, “How has she not been arrested for public indecency?”
Although Ye has deleted all posts featuring the dress and his wife wearing it, Bianca Censori still has two pictures on her Instagram account. The couple remains unfazed by both the fame and controversy surrounding them.
