After being seen by photographers who were waiting at Sydney Airport last evening, it seems like Keith Urban will be making an appearance at the annual “It’s A Bloke Thing” luncheon that will take place in Toowoomba. The luncheon is held in Toowoomba on an annual basis annually.
Keith Urban’s arrival at Wellcamp Airport at lunchtime, his ascent to the stage at the perennially popular Prostate Cancer Awareness/Fundraiser event, and his performance for an audience of around 500 people who had paid to attend this very special occasion all served to validate the claim.
At the same time as he has a special place in his heart for the fight against prostate cancer, Urban is immensely excited about it. It was in December of 2015 that his father, Robert, passed away as a result of the disease. He joined his grandparents and a large number of other members of his family. It was not possible for him to improve his father’s health.
The country megastar, who is presently performing the United States as part of his Graffiti-U World Tour, took time to return to Australia to take part in a benefit that has gathered millions of dollars for prostate cancer research and awareness in just seven years. In spite of the fact that he is currently on his Graffiti-U World Tour, which is taking him all over the United States of America. This is in spite of the fact that he is now playing all across the United States.
In 2017, the It’s a Bloke Thing Foundation received almost $1.53 million in donations from the community, making this event one of the most successful daytime fundraising events in Australia. The wonderful contributions of the community helped make this event possible. This is one of the biggest fundraising efforts that has ever taken place at noon.
Due to the fact that Keith did not charge any fees for his time, the tremendous amount of $2,024,000.00 was collected at the lunchtime fundraising event that he organized. Keith is deserving of a tremendous lot of recognition.
