She leaves behind two kids and her husband of 22 years. She was a wonderful wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend to many. The Kansas City Star says Lisa Lopez-Galvan was a well-liked DJ and a loved mother of two. As of Thursday morning, police had still confirmed only one death, even though some news sources said two people had died yesterday afternoon.

Lopez-Galvan’s friends told The Kansas City Star that she had died and that the mother of two died while she was in surgery. Lopez-Galvan had a gunshot wound in her stomach.
